New Security Rated Fencing Installation Range Now Available Across the Midlands and Surrounding areas

Boundary Fencing and Gate Services is proud to announce the launch of our new Security Rated Fencing installation service, now available throughout the Midlands region – with a specialist focus on projects in the West Midlands.

We now supply and install fencing systems certified to LPS 1175 SR1, SR2, SR3, and SR4 standards, providing graded, tested resistance against intrusion for a wide variety of commercial, public sector, and infrastructure sites. Whether you’re upgrading a school perimeter or securing critical national infrastructure, our team delivers certified protection with expert local installation.

What Is Security Rated Fencing?

Security rated fencing refers to perimeter systems that have been independently tested and certified to resist physical attack. The UK’s leading standard for this is LPS 1175, developed by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB).

Each rating reflects the level of resistance a fence can offer against different types of tools and attack durations:

SR1 – Resists opportunistic attacks using basic hand tools (minimum 1 minute)

SR2 – Resists more determined attacks with larger tools like bolt cutters (minimum 3 minutes)

SR3 – Protects against advanced toolsets including cordless drills (minimum 5 minutes)

SR4 – Offers very high resistance to sustained attacks using powerful tools

Now Installing SR1 to SR4 Fencing Systems Across the Region

As part of our expanded service range, we now offer supply and installation of:

SR1-Rated Mesh Fencing – Ideal for schools, residential schemes, and light commercial use

SR2-Rated Mesh Fencing – Suited to utility sites, healthcare facilities, and business parks

SR3-Rated Mesh Fencing – Designed for critical infrastructure, logistics hubs, and secure public buildings

SR4-Rated Mesh Fencing – Maximum physical protection for defence, government, and high-security assets

All systems are available with matching gates, anti-climb toppings, access control integration, and powder-coated finishes to meet project and planning requirements.
